Returns & Refunds Policy

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (excludes personalised or custom-made items).
Conditions:

• Cancel within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us with your order number.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping is at your cost and risk.
• We can arrange collection for a fee.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after item inspection.
• Items must be securely packaged for return transit.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or deduct for loss of value if items are returned damaged or incomplete.

If your order is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days with:

• Order number
• Delivery address
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the damage or missing items

Requests after 30 days may be eligible for repair or replacement.

• Within 30 days: Eligible for refund or replacement.
• After 30 days: We offer repair. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer a replacement.

Contact us first to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RMN). Returns should be sent to:

• We do not accept returns in person.
• Use a registered, insured courier.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after item inspection.
Bundle Deals

You may return:

• Entire bundle (unused & unfuelled) for a full refund.
• Individual item from a bundle (unused), but we will adjust the refund to reflect the regular price of remaining items.

If a bundle item is faulty, you may return just that item or the full bundle. No additional deduction applies in this case.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exclusions: Custom or perishable items

To cancel, email info@parkerbrand.co.uk with your:

• Name, address, and contact details
• Order number
• Statement of cancellation

Return goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost.
We’ll refund the product and standard delivery charges (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your return.
