Our ParkerBrand PPPW-3100 pressure washer had a slight redesign back in 2017 to bring you enhanced features – and we’re very happy with the reputation that it has established.
Just like the PPPW-2900 model the root of that success is in the 6.5HP four-stroke petrol driven engine that powers this machine to a maximum 3100 PSI. You’re certainly going to notice that ParkerBrand have pulled out all the stops on this one.
This model is a little slimmer in profile and more compact than its sister model the PPPW-2900. It’s highly transportable and has a foam handle and larger wheel for even greater mobility.
Without the constraints of electric wires, you’re free to work where you like. The 8-metre hose gives you plenty of scope and flexibility for reaching anywhere awkward that needs a blast or to reach around a vehicle with ease.
That flexibility continues to the end of the lance too; you’ve multiple options on the spray settings including a pencil spray for stubborn stains, a narrow spray for those outdoor spaces and a wide spray especially designed for use on vehicles. With a flow rate of just over 11 litres a minute you’ll find these machines are far more economical than a hose pipe and infinitely more effective. That’s certainly good news if you have a water-metre on your property as most of us do.
Our PPPW-3100 is more than capable of completing a range of tasks with great proficiency giving results that you will find truly satisfying. However, it is particularly good for rendering your vehicles to a brilliant shine. With the additional soap box you’ll have a fantastic finish. Should you want to really foam up you can add the additional snow foamer that is listed on our site.
Backed up by a warranty and the re-assuring knowledge that we have a Lincolnshire based after-sales service. Using the 3100 couldn’t be easier – the only thing under pressure is the surface you’re bringing back to brilliance.
This product is not suitable for commercial use, and warranty on this item will not be applicable if used in a commercial environment. Warranty will be applicable to the machine only and not wear and tear items such as spark plug, carburettor, recoil or wheels. This machine incorporates a 4 stroke 6.5 HP petrol engine and will be loud and vibrate when in use.

PARKERBRAND WARRANTY – HOW ARE YOU COVERED?
We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of ParkerBrand.
While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.
For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that we work closely with UK Trading Standards to ensure our policies are fully compliant with local legislation.
Our two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.
The first year of your warranty covers for parts and labour, thereafter, for the second year it is parts only. We always work with our customers to provide an effective outcome within the warranty framework where this is possible.
EXCLUSIONS
We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:

Every effort is made to work pro‑actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.
If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.
MISUSE
Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.
We do however take great pride in our high level of customer care and will happily do what we can to assist you in getting up and running once more.

We may be able to solve the issue with some advice or by sending you a part.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. In some cases we send you a pre‑paid returns label so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage where the order is over 1 year old.
30 DAYS
If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.
Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.
COMMERCIAL USE
We need to make it clear that unless otherwise stated, given or implied we do not offer any warranty to products that are being used for hire or reward (Commercial Use).

"I bought this product 2 1/2yrs ago. It has been used to clean driveways and patios on regular basis. This is not an industrial product and I do not want to promote it as such. But the fact is that this pressure washer has served me very well and still does. One suggestion I must give is to buy the TURBO NOZZEL to use. It gives huge benefits when cleaning. One negative comment is about issues I have had when temperature have been warm. (25c and up) The pressure did drop but this is a problem any pump would struggle with. In all I have to FULLY RECOMMEND this product. A massive 5 Stars!"
