Parkerbrand have, along with so many other UK businesses, weathered quite a few storms over the past several years. It's been a shared experience with businesses across the globe of course but we are, thanks to our customers and dedicated team, still here to serve you effectively, efficiently and with genuine care.
Our Story
We are based in Louth, Lincolnshire and we're a proud family firm from humble beginnings. Back in 2013 we started our enterprise with a limited range of chainsaws and an early version of our brushcutter (an updated version of our PCS-6200 chainsaw is still one of our mos popular machines) Having established our business locally as well as with the big two e-commerce websites, we've worked hard to build a team that can deliver great, carefully designed products to our genuinely valued customers throughout the UK and Europe.
Every year since, we have continued to expand our range of tools and gardening equipment and power generation machinery that we offer. This was in response to the requests directly from increasing numbers of customers coupled with our growing talented team. Experience counts for a lot and learning from what we do every day has led to innovation not only in what we can offer in terms of goods but also in the service that we are able to offer.
Our Team
Our team is small but effective and efficient. It's the way our Director likes things to be. Famously an adherent of the phrase "Don't bring me problems, bring me solutions", we truly are a solutions based business with multi-skilled individuals responding to our operational and customer needs. Whether in our offices or distribution we are working together to ensure that you get the best products and services - it takes many hands, but as the saying goes, it makes for lighter, more responsive work.
Clear Direct Communication
Clear, honest and prompt communication is at the heart of our ethos. You'll see that across the website with all the information on the products we sell. It's certainly "Managing expectations is key to customer satisfaction", says James Peacock, a key member of the Customer Service team among other duties. He's one of the team that responds to your emails (help@parkerbrand.co.uk) and indeed our phone lines;
Zac from the design team states that; "As ParkerBrand ploughs forward so will the design department with much enthusiasm! We will always be looking for new innovative ways to improve not only the product line but also with how we connect and communicate with our customer base. Whether it be the functionality of the website, or our now industry standard user manuals, our emphasis will always be focused on improvement and moving forward to give our customers the best possible"
On Point With Swift Dispatch
Our dispatch team are a force to be reckoned with. The combination of our in-house dispatch system and a team of savvy, dedicated guys; it's down to their focus that we can keep our promise of same day dispatch without issue. As one of the team, Gary, put it "we like to get personally involved in resolving any operational issues that might arise and enjoy making sure that our customers get what they want and need". We work in partnership with major UK couriers with whom we have long-established relationships. We monitor their performance and can offer the surety of experience and familiarity on both parts in order for us to get your orders to you with the minimum of fuss - and so often for free.

This year, as ever, the story moves on to the next chapter. For us that means new products to offer our loyal customers across the UK and beyond with the dedication to service and aftercare that we know that you expect from a well-established e-commerce brand.
