If you don't know it already from your diligent pre-purchase research you can take our word for it - your Multi-Tool is a true, tried and tested machine that will quickly become your go-to gardening essential.
Tough and more than up to the task, your multi-tool uses our 52cc engine that has an established reputation. We use it on five of our machines - it's one of the ParkerBrand Famous Five - and it's durability and ease of use has established it well in the market place.
But just like you and I, to be at it's best your machine does need some regular maintenance! For sure you will have received a full manual with your kit, if you mislaid it, not to worry, you can download the Pdf version from the 'Literature' tab on the product page.
Hold Up, You'll Need a Grease Gun!
Low-cost and an essential bit of kit for anyone with garden machinery, a grease gun is required to keep your chainsaw attachment and hedge trimmer attachment in tip top condition. It is important to make it clear that they do come pre-greased so when your machine arrives you you are able to get going straight away.
The grease nipples on both the chainsaw and hedge trimmer attachments are 8mm which is standard size. You can use your grease gun as is or indeed with a simple and easy find hose attachment.
We recommend greasing before and after each use, of course it will become second nature and in real terms takes a very short amount of time. In completing this simple task you will preserve the integrity of your machine and certainly ensure the longevity.

You're not on your own! Aside from a detailed manual complete with all you need to know to get the most from your machine, you also have the services of the ParkerBrand After Care Team based in Louth, Lincolnshire.
They will happily take a call with any enquiries in this area and work in unison with our Tech Shop. While they can't give detailed advice over the phone we have an excellent system in place to provide you with solutions swiftly and surely. Outside of office hours you can email them and they will respond with similar promptness.
