As an e-commerce business we like to make sure we're available to our customers in person. We use a lot of technology to give our customers the best service possible, but we know that some 'old-school' approaches to service are deeply appreciated by Parkerbrand customers. We conducted a survey recently in this area and it was remarkable just how highly valued one simple thing was: our contact phone number.
Is it really the case that some many businesses are hiding behind websites? We're not sure about that but what we are sure about is that we don't and we never will. Having a UK phone number answer by one of the team in Louth, Lincolnshire seems to be a hug factor in people choosing ParkerBrand. It was clear the price and quality of machine for that price was more important but "being able to speak to a human being" was right up there.
Why do People call ParkerBrand?
For a number of reasons but principally the main reasons that customers call our contact phone number are:
- To ask for specific information - We provide very thorough product write-ups and descriptions along with detailed photography. We give technical details too, as well as making the product manuals available for download. However, some people do sometimes have further questions or seek guidance with one of the machines or it's application.
- To order - Our team will happily place an order for you over the phone - as long as it is to the address where you card is registered. Just like the website - if this is before 2pm then is will be dispatched the same day.
- To report an issue - They arise from time to time, such is the nature of machinery. We work hard to make sure that our machines are on point, but if there's a issue then you are welcome to call to get the ball rolling quickly so that we can find the solution in tandem with our technical team.
- To Thank us! - It certainly does happen and it's always very nice!
