This has certainly been the case with our delivery partners. The delivery options that are available to us and hence you, our cared for customers have changed.
Post Office 24 and 48
Post Office items are sent speedily by they are NOT tracked in the same way as a courier. A tracking number is attributed so that you are sure of the dispatch date and the like.
We always ship promptly of course, including Royal Mail. Any order that is received by 2pm on a week day is dispatch the same day no matter which delivery choice is made. Royal Mail delivery options are there for orders with small dimensions
Express Delivery
Express delivery is a fully tracked service with a guaranteed 1- 3 day delivery. This is available on the webpage when you are placing your order. You'll be given the estimated delivery date and is a great option if you'd like things pronto. It's fully tracked so you can see every stage of the journey and be well aware of when it's out for delivery. Neat, simple, fuss free.
The Good News: We Still Offer Free Delivery
Yes!! The world might be more expensive than it ever has been but we still offer a free delivery for all orders over £40.00. We are very happy to do this for our customers. It is also a fully tracked service as you expect, dispatched the same day if placed before 2pm. Please also select this option at the checkout - it's just below the paid option.
We work with highly reputable delivery Partners such as DPD, Fed-Ex and DHL as well as the Post Office and we are careful to monitor their performance to ensure you recieve the service that we both expect.
