We've spent plenty of time in the northern reaches of our islands and we're fond of them. First hand knowledge means that we know that there are some truly isolated places, often jaw droppingly beautiful but certainly remote.

Delivery Charges
Like every other business we are charged by our couriers for delivery. As we have worked with our key partners for some years and have excellent relationships with them we do get very competitive rates. We therefore wish to be clear - we only charge you what they charge us.
Clearly it depends on the size and weight of the item being sent, but we'll always be able to offer the best rate possible, because our couriers do with us. One factor we can't affect at all though is the 'line' that denotes where 'the highlands' region start. This is determined by the national networks and we can't change that at all. if teh national delivery networks denote your address as 'Highlands and Islands'' it is certainly not something that we can change and we thank you for your understanding in this matter.
