It may be the oddest Christmas any of us have ever looked forward to, but certainly we'd like to make it clear that we are open for business and ready to to serve new and loyal customers alike.
You can order at any time from the website of course but we just wanted to assure you that we'll be dispatching with the same dedication and precision that you would expect from a progressive business that truly cares about its customers.
Customer Care Line
The customer care line is open to take orders or give you product support. The line are open every week-day, apart from bank holidays, over the festive period.
We shall happily place your order for you if you do not wish to place your order on the smooth and easy website. That's just fine by us!

Last Order Date To Arrive Before Christmas
We all know it's super busy for the delivery networks during the Christmas period and never more so than this year. We never want anyone to be disappointed and certainly not when it comes to gift giving. ParkerBrand are a popular choice for gifts - especially our tool sets!
Therefore in order to prevent disappointment we thoroughly recommend the last order date for delivery before the big day is FRIDAY 18th DECEMEBER. As ever, we always dispatch swiftly.
Dispatch Over the Holiday Period
We shall certainly dispatch items after the 18th December of course but can't guarantee that they will arrive BEFORE Christmas after that date.
We shall continue to dispatch over the holiday period on any day that is not a bank holiday. We value your custom a great deal and although we are operating with a reduced team we continue to be on point for you.
