The firmly established ParkerBrand PGBC-5200 Brushcutter is one of biggest sellers for a very simple reason. It's tough, lean and very effective. The thoughtful design means that you can tame scrub and brush with genuine ease or maintain your garden or plot of land without fuss.
Powered by a tried and tested ParkerBrand 52cc engine, which we use with a suite of products, it is truly tried and tested. It features both a robust twin line bump feed spool for grass and a three-blade brush cutter blade that will make short work of brambles and overgrown areas. With 7500rpm you wouldn’t expect less than a great result that you’ll certainly find pleasing. The bull-horn handlebar design allows for comfortable positioning and a broad sweeping motion to allow you to get the best of the machine whether strimming or using the brushcutter.
Both attachment options are perfect for seasoned gardeners and first-time users alike. These machines are designed to be easy to assemble; we know that your time is better spent getting your tasks completed. All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) on a delivery service of your choosing.
- We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
- We offer an express delivery option, but currently we do not offer a guaranteed Next Day service.
- Delivery to parts of the UK including Highlands and Islands will incur a delivery cost regardless of order value.

PARKERBRAND WARRANTY – HOW ARE YOU COVERED?
We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of ParkerBrand.
While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.
For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that we work closely with UK Trading Standards to ensure our policies are fully compliant with local legislation.
Our two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.
The first year of your warranty covers for parts and labour, thereafter, for the second year it is parts only. We always work with our customers to provide an effective outcome within the warranty framework where this is possible.
EXCLUSIONS
We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:

Every effort is made to work pro‑actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.
If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.
MISUSE
Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.
We do however take great pride in our high level of customer care and will happily do what we can to assist you in getting up and running once more.

Call one of our team or send us an email. We may ask for further information to understand the issue – this will be assessed by a member of the technical team.
We may be able to solve the issue with some advice or by sending you a part.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. In some cases we send you a pre‑paid returns label so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage where the order is over 1 year old.
30 DAYS
If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.
Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.
COMMERCIAL USE
We need to make it clear that unless otherwise stated, given or implied we do not offer any warranty to products that are being used for hire or reward (Commercial Use).

"When you look at the pictures for this product if your first thought was like mine i was thinking it looks very cheap almost like a kids toy, well i can tell you its far from it. I ordered one thinking if it lasts a year for the money its great value. Well it was like Christmas when it arrived. Superbly packaged and it was heavy which is a good sign. When you open it you suddenly realize the pictures do it no justice at all. Its a really well made heavy duty machine. Even the bumper line spools look as if they would last forever and you get more than one. Take your time putting it together read the instructions and spend lots of time balancing the harness to suit your body and be leave me it is effortless to use. The engine is very powerful and the feed line is thick so it makes very light work of anything in your path. The only thing that got me when assembling the product was the handlebars, This inst a criticism just a point to note, look at the website picture when assembling and not the box. This is a great product and your mind boggles at how it is made for the money. Buy one you wont be dissapointed."
