You don’t have to be a hippie to dig a field! But you’ll find that there are plenty of reasons to be letting our Auger do the digging for you. Post hole boring, tree planting, hedge laying; this thoughtfully designed tough cookie of a hole digger will save you a great deal of effort and your lower back will feel the benefit first! Perfectly designed to deal with preparing the ground for a fence post - you'll be digging it soon enough.
So, what’s in the box? Well, you get a truly tried and tested 52cc two-stoke ParkerBrand classic air-cooled engine. This comes with full grip bars that give you all the control you need and keep the Auger from wandering, allowing both you and the auger to be on point. We offer three robust 30-inch Auger drill bits at widths of 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch. If you need to go deeper, Parkerbrand have got that covered too with an extension bar that gives you another 12-inches where you need it. Our drill bits are fully welded and robust - just as you would expect from a company with our depth of experience.
We like to put you in pole position in order to crack right on with your project so we also include a mix bottle and a tool kit – you’re good to get going with our post hole borer! ABSOLUTELY FREE delivery for all orders over £50.00 in the UK except parts of Scotland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We’ll dispatch your order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 14:00.
Delivery times are calculated and given at checkout depending on your location – check the map for estimated times. We deliver to Western Europe: Italy, France, Germany and Spain from as little as £9.99. Saturday delivery is a premium paid service where available.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery date. Over 90% of our customers will receive a 1-hour time slot with options to modify your shipment.
With large, bulky and heavy items such as Generators, Water Pumps and Lawnmowers, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. We dispatch immediately but sometimes these consignments may take a little longer.

PARKERBRAND WARRANTY – HOW ARE YOU COVERED?
We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of ParkerBrand.
While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.
For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that we work closely with UK Trading Standards to ensure our policies are fully compliant with local legislation.
Our two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.
The first year of your warranty covers for parts and labour, thereafter, for the second year it is parts only. We always work with our customers to provide an effective outcome within the warranty framework where this is possible.
EXCLUSIONS
We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:

Every effort is made to work pro‑actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.
If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.
MISUSE
Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.
We do however take great pride in our high level of customer care and will happily do what we can to assist you in getting up and running once more.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR MACHINE?

Call one of our team or send us an email. We may ask for further information to understand the issue – this will be assessed by a member of the technical team.
We may be able to solve the issue with some advice or by sending you a part.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. In some cases we send you a pre‑paid returns label so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage where the order is over 1 year old.
30 DAYS
If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.
Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.
COMMERCIAL USE
We need to make it clear that unless otherwise stated, given or implied we do not offer any warranty to products that are being used for hire or reward (Commercial Use).
